My work is grounded in over two decades of operational and financial decision making inside owner led businesses. I’ve worked across multiple sectors, supported growth at different stages, and partnered with owners where decisions directly affected cash flow, teams, and long-term viability.

Most established owners already have capability, experience, and drive.
What’s often missing is the space to think clearly, pressure-test decisions, and lead deliberately as the business becomes more complex.
My role is not to motivate or provide generic advice.

I have led and supported growth across multiple sectors, working with businesses operating from approximately £300k through to £2.5 million in turnover, including opening new businesses and supporting acquisitions and transitions.
